Oppo partners with Wimbledon for social media competition

Chinese smart device brand Oppo has partnered with Wimbledon to encourage tennis fans to submit colourful photos on  social media to celebrate Centre Court’s 100th anniversary.

Tennis’ flagship tournament has long been associated with purple, green and white and Oppo is calling on attendees and fans watching at home to share colourful photos on social media via the CouloursofWimbledon hashtag.

Winning entrants will be able to secure two tickets to next year’s Championships alongside a free OPPO Find X5 Pro Phone.

“There’s so much more to The Championships than just the tennis being played and as we mark 100 years of Centre Court on Church Road, we’re excited to celebrate that through a colourful lens,” All England Club commercial director, Gus Henderson said.

“The beauty of the Grounds are part of what makes our event iconic and we are looking forward to seeing which elements of the Wimbledon experience that tennis fans choose as part of the competition to help celebrate the colours of Wimbledon.”
