New-York based marketing agency Wunderman Thompson has launched the second year of its recruitment programme, the Catalyst Academy.
Through the Catalyst Academy, Wunderman Thompson aims to develop the future workers of the industry and to equip them the skills and experience needed to thrive in a highly competitive sector.

In its first year, the Catalyst Academy saw 600 applicants, with 11 candidates hired across the agency’s London, Berlin and Amsterdam offices.
With 42% of the group identifying as BAME, 43% as female or non-binary and 18% as disabled, the Academy has proven a great driver for diversity in a once homogeneous industry.

The Catalyst Academy programme will also enable the candidates to gain valuable IPA (Institute of Practitioners in Advertising) and WPP AI Academy qualifications.
