“ISBA is thrilled to have Nick on board. He has an excellent track record in marketing procurement and as a previous ISBA member understands what marketers and procurement teams need from us to support their agency management,” ISBA director general Phil Smith said.

Louisson will start as director of agency services with immediate effect, with the previous director, Andrew Lowdon, now acting as a consultant for the company.

“ISBA has played an important role in my learning and development over the years,” Louisson added.

“I’m excited to have the opportunity to do the same for our many members. I look forward to meeting you soon.”
