Customer experience agency RAPP UK has promoted Jamie Marks to the newly-created role of social director as it looks to expand its social offering.
Created to address increased demand from clients in the social, influencer and brand partnership sphere, the new role will see Marks take on responsibility for expanding the agency’s social capabilities. He will report into client leadership director, Ed Lee.
“As an agency that stands up for individuality, I’m delighted to see Jamie’s talent and expertise recognised with this new, crucial role at RAPP UK,” Lee said.

“Jamie has been our expert on social, partnerships and influence and at the heart of our most significant client engagements and award-winning social campaigns, which makes him the perfect person to lead this expansion for RAPP UK and our clients. The move is also a key marker of the success of our progressive career planning initiative for client leaders.”
Having worked at RAPP for the past six years, Marks worked as group account director for close to two years before securing his most recent promotion. In his time at the agency, Marks has contributed to numerous highly-successful campaigns including last year’s ‘Don’t Google It, Fumble It’ for sex ed charity Fumble.
Marks himself added: ““Social is now a pivotal space for brands to engage with their customers, which is why RAPP’s capabilities and expertise have expanded and grown at pace. To lead the team that is doing such creatively impressive work is not only a challenge I relish, but one I am excited about growing even further with the superb team around me”.
