Creative agency Saatchi & Saatchi has bolstered its senior strategy team with the appointment of Emily Lewis-Keane as strategy partner and Jimmy MacAskill as strategy director, supporting department head Richard Huntington.

Lewis-Keane will now work closely with Huntington and head of strategy, Sam Wise to produce ‘industry-leading’ strategy for the agency. She will also lead one of Saatchi & Saatchi’s three ‘squads’, heading up planning for clients such as EE and OVO.

Lewis-Keane joins Saatchi & Saatchi from Canadian agency Cossette, where she worked as vice-president for strategy, leading planning for buig-name clients including Walmart.

“Saatchi’s is an exciting place to be right now, I’m delighted to be part of the OG agency’s return to its rightful place as a creative and cultural force to be reckoned with,” Lewis-Keane said.

Having joined earlier in the summer from Adam&EveDDB, MacAskill had previously worked as a planning director, producing campaigns for the likes of Lloyds, CALM and Peloton. He will now be involved with the British Heart Foundation and Direct Line.

MacAskill added: “It’s a super exciting time to be joining the crew at Saatchi’s and it’s already been an action-packed summer. I couldn’t be prouder to play a part in building the next chapter of this iconic agency.”

Concluding, Huntington said: “I have wanted to work with both Emily and Jimmy for a while, they are both exceptional strategists. I’m chuffed that they have decided to join us, especially with the incredible momentum we have at the moment.”
