“Miri has been a key part of this agency’s success for the last twelve years – her love, experience and commitment to all areas of the business come through in everything she does. I know she will lead the agency with a clear vision and all of us behind her,” Einav said.

The vacant chief client officer role left by Hipwell will not however be immediately filled and she will now engage with Einav, global chief creative officer Rick Brim and chief strategy officer Martin Beverley on establishing the future structure of the agency’s leadership.

Hipwell herself added: “To say I am delighted to become the CEO of adam&eveDDB doesn’t quite cover it. There’s so much good here – the work, the people, our culture and clients; to create the right conditions for future growth in every aspect is an incredible opportunity. I couldn’t be prouder of the agency and know our creativity and energy will continue to drive success for us and our partners.”
