GroupM’s EssenceMediacomX is revamping its senior leadership team with a series of key promotions as it looks to strengthen its client services, measurement and analysis practices.
Anna Berry has now been elevated to chief operating officer, Leonardo Acosta has become senior VP head of analytics, Jessica Lenehan has taken up the managing director for client leadership role, whilst Marc Adams has been made managing director of client solutions.
Both Anna Berry and Jessica Lenehan will now report into the agency’s chief executive officer, Clare Chapman, whilst Marc Adams will report in to Berry.

The moves follow Chapman’s appointment as CEO in September, following Ryan Storrar’s transfer to GroupM Nexus after less than a year in the role.
