Fenwick has shared its first campaign of the new year, entitled ‘Bright New View’ across womenswear, menswear, home and beauty.

The main element of the campaign is removing the need for an overhaul, and reconsidering how consumers can give space to the items that they own.

As part of the drive, Fenwick buyers will provide pointers on the appeal of brands across online and social channels, along with insights from designers into their collection.

In-store events are set to include an exclusive panel talk on 12 February entitled ‘Fresh Perspectives: A Panel on New Directions’ led by writer, presenter and digital content producer Chanté Joseph. The panellists will include author Elizabeth Uviebeniné and journalist Emma- Louise Boynton.

At Fenwick Newcastle, NEOM founder Nicola Elliot will discuss her new book ‘Four Ways to Wellbeing’ in conversation with Fenwick beauty buying manager Vesa Kalho.

There will also be beauty and home initiatives, including in-store and online spaces for customers to explore new products and a home campaign featuring pops of bright colours and slogans including ‘Warmth’ ‘Style’ and ‘Relaxaton’.

In September of last year Fenwick, which has traditionally been seen as a discreet brand, shared its first ever advert, while while in December the retailer took up sponsorship of Newcastle United.

It also hosted a pop up of Greggs within the Fenwick Newcastle department store.

“As we enter a new year full of optimism , our wardrobe plays an important part in this. The new Marni collection will lift your mood with interesting colours and textures, while new graphic tees will immediately update your wardrobe,” said Fenwick menswear buying manager Mithun Ramanandi.

Fenwick womenswear buying manager Sue Shields added: “Fenwick moves forward into January with fresh ideas as we look ahead with hope and renewed excitement for the unfolding season.”

“The mood of gentle optimism is represented across an edit of brands such as Nanushka and Victoria Beckham.”
