We Are Social appoints newest global head of research

We Are Social has promoted Paul Greenwood to its global head of research in a move which shows the agency’s commitment to advancing its “cultural insight and social intelligence”.

Former UK head of research and insight at the agency, Greenwood will be taking on responsibility for strategic leadership of research at the agency.

In his new capacity Greenwood will be tasked with driving product innovation within R&I and leading the data and effectiveness function, ensuring a unified and innovative approach to measuring content and campaign success on social.

Having joined We Are Social in 2012 as a senior media analyst, Greenwood will join the agency’s global leadership team and continue to report to chief strategy officer Mobbie Nazir.

Greenwood will also work closely with We Are Social’s expanding cultural insights team to help develop thought leadership within the business.
