Mindshare’s former commercial director David Fenton has joined The Aperto Partnership as a senior consultant alongside Pepsico’s ex-UK media operations lead Anne-Noreen Keddy.
Fenton had spent over 15 years at the GroupM-owned Mindshare, working in a variety of roles culminating in his appointment as global commercial finance director in 2019.
Having joined the agency in 2008 as a media planning and buying manager, Fenton later worked as media operations director and commercial operations director.

Keddy has spent the last few months freelancing with The Aperto Partnership before her new role. She previously worked in a senior capacity at PepsiCo, Coty and Procter & Gamble.
The appointments come at a key moment for the consultancy, which is currently helping global cosmetics brand L’Oréal with its UK media review.
Managing partner Andrew Mortimer has praised the pair’s appointments, saying they would bring “even more practitioner expertise”, and adding that “Anne-Noreen’s experience as a global media director and David’s agency-side commercial know-how will further enhance the unique consultancy support we offer”.
