Consumer choice firm Which? has appointed London-based agency Neverland as its new creative agency of record following a competitive pitch process.

Whittled down to a final three that also included The Gate and Fold7, Neverland’s appointment will see the agency handling all of the consumer group’s brand campaign activity across above-the-line and digital channels.

Neverland will also help the brand assert is overarching purpose as an impartial, not-for-profit consumer champion, with new work set to be rolled out in September.

The agency will also work closely with Which?’s media agencies Goodstuff and Brainlabs.

“We’re excited to be working with Neverland to help land Which? in the hearts and minds of UK consumers at a time when we’ve never been needed more,” said head of brand and communication planning, Kat Chinnock.
