Trip has launched its first ever £multi-million ad campaign in an effort to showcase how the CBD-infused drink can help viewers find their calm.

The ad, developed with creative agency Meldrum Dent, showcases a woman in a seemingly idyllic setting enjoying a moment to herself whilst sipping on a delicious TRIP, before revealing that she has found calm amid the chaos of moving house.

Launching from 23 May, the TV campaign aims to boost brand awareness across its full range, including CBD and the new mindful drinks range.

In addition, the campaign will run across Meta, TikTok and digital display, with influencer content to coincide with the seasonal uplift in soft drink sales.

The new campaign follows news that the brand broke records by topping Alantra’s Fast 50 list of the fastest growing food and drinks brands, and sits amid a wider boom in alternatives to an alcoholic tipple.

“Having introduced tens of millions of men and women to TRIP, the launch of our first ever TV campaign marks a hugely exciting milestone as we continue to help the nation find its calm in the daily chaos,” said TRIP co-founder Olivia Ferdi.

She continued: “As category creators championing functional ingredients in the mainstream, we’re delighted to make our debut on TV in front of households nationwide. Launching in this iconic format marks a very powerful shift in the conversation around wellbeing for customers and our generation’s needs.”
